Back with more from Brigid Kemmerer’s Elemental Series! Here’s the reading meme, hosted by samanneelizabeth.
Three W’s:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
What I’m Reading:
I started on Secret immediately after finishing Spirit. I just cannot get enough of Brigid Kemmerer. I love these books! This fourth book in the Elementals Series follows Nick, twin brother to Gabriel (who’s featured in Spark). As you probably know, Spark wowed me like crazy, so I’m excited to see how Secret pans out.
What I recently read:
I loved Hunter from the first book, so I was really excited to get inside his head and see more of his life. OH MY GOSH. I was not expecting anything I got, but I still loved it all the same. This book was full of so many feelings. I will definitely be doing a full review on this and the other books in the series. There’s just so much I want to say about this. (Btw, Spark is still my favorite, though I enjoyed Spirit quite a lot too. 5/5 stars to every book I’ve read in this series so far!)
What I’ll probably read next:
Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch
I finally got my hands on this book! I’ve heard some good things about it, so I hope I like it.
Have you read any of these? Interested in reading any of these? Please comment below!
I’ve had Snow Like Ashes on my TBR for ages. I do want to get to it but I always get dragged into series and then don’t have time other books! Perhaps later this year… I hope you enjoy it!

Is Secret the last in the series? Hope you enjoy it as much as the other three 🙂

No, it’s the penultimate one. The last one is Sacrifice. There’s also three novellas that give more insight into the characters. Thanks! So far, so good. 🙂

I am reading the yesterday series by Amanda tru. A time travel romantic type. Then the out of time series my Nadine brandes. Sci fi. The sword of lyric series and the dark and light series I think it’s called. The last 3 I mentioned I have just purchased book 2 of each. I am almost done with the yesterday series and it is amazing. Also they’re quick reads too.

I haven’t heard of any of those. You’ll have to let me know what you think by the end! Quick reads are great. So many books, so little time…

I love the Yesterday series. I am going to be posting a review of the last book and summing things up in a couple weeks. But it’s great if you like romance/time travel stuff. It’s christian fiction but it’s full of twists, interesting characters, and the thing I love about it is that every sentence is purposeful. Don’t blink or you’ll miss something 🙂

It’s always great when you find a series you love that much! And Snow Like Ashes is a great read; it does have a love triangle, but luckily the focus is on the rest of the story and the worldbuilding itself is amazing. I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks! I’m about halfway through Snow Like Ashes and I’m really enjoying it! I don’t mind the love triangle. So far both characters seem interesting. Yes, this worldbuilding is beautiful and wow can Sara Raasch describe!
